The Liège waffle, also known as the 'sugar waffle', has a sweet and crunchy coating with a soft and chewy inside. It is an oval shaped waffle with textures similar to a pastry. The crunchy coating comes from a special ingredient, pearl sugar, which melts and caramelizes during the baking process. The smell alone will keep you wanting more! These waffles are served as combos such as banana, homemade chocolate sauce & real whipped cream, or blueberry sauce & real whipped cream, or fresh strawberries, homemade chocolate sauce & real whipped cream. As well as savoury sandwiches, like local ham & cheese, steak & cheese or a veggie roasted eggplant option. Frozen waffles also available by the ½ dozen upon request.
