About Paulie O'Connor, former chef of the OYG and Il Villaggio Osteria. James Beard nominated chef bringing the taste of Italian food to your neighborhood. Story OYG Catering was established on 6/11/2014. Chef Paulie O'Connor has been working in the valley for over 12 years creating memorable Italian dishes for the Jackson Hole community. Over the years he has established many accolades throughout the valley and nominated for Best Chef of the Northwest in 2011 through the James Beard Foundation. He is the former Chef of Old Yellowstone Garage and Il Villaggio Osteria. The Old Yellowstone Garage is O'Connor's second culinary adventure. It is located next to the beautiful elk refuge in Alpine, Wy. Come in for some fresh pasta and housemade sausages and Italian delights.
