We gather all of our produce from local farms for a fresh, delicate taste with unique entrees that feature ingredients such as ox tail and bone marrow that are different than much of what you may find at other restaurants. Since opening Chez Albert in 2005, we have won the award for the best French restaurant in the Pioneer Valley every year from 2006 to 2012.
