About Bobbers Tap. An outdoor Tiki bar set up right on the edge of the Pecatonica River.Winslow IL. Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Open @11 am Thurs - Sun. Story Bobbers Tap is an outdoor Tiki Bar, open ~ May 1 - October 31 (weather dependent) Open Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays @ 11 am. 612 Bridge St; Winslow, Illinois. Right along the Pecatonica River! Beers, Shots, Vodka and Lemonade, Mikes Harder Lemonades, Corona, Summer Shandy, Redds,, Twisted Tea's, Summer Shandy, Red and White wine, etc. Smoked meats served by the 3-Headed Monster food stand on Saturdays and Sundays from noon till 7 or 8 pm or so. Come and fish or just soak up the sunshine! (Open from ~ May 1st - Late October .)
