About Kameo Flower Shop has proudly been Yakima's full service florist since 1927! We are locally owned/operated and our focus has always been YOU! Thank You! Story Kameo Flower Shop opened its doors to Yakima in the year of 1927. It's been centrally located in the heart of downtown Yakima since its original founding. Kameo continues to be in the top 250 out of 20,000 Teleflora shops in the United States and the Yakima Valley has voted Kameo multiple times as its top florist in the area!!! We strive to compliment today's modern society by offering a variety of services to our loyal customers!!! The floral industry has changed over the years due to the increasing use of the internet and floral sites like FTD and Teleflora but as artists we tend to excel in creativity and prefer our own custom designs over 'paint by number' photographs. We receive over a 100 different types of flowers and foliage on a weekly basis from all over the globe, including Portland and local markets as well as fresh Hawaiian tropicals that are flown in every other Wednesday. We also carry many different types of indoor blooming and tropical houseplants as well as offer silk floral design services. A new addition to our shop is our 'DIY terrarium bar' that is fully stocked with choice ceramic and glass vessels to pair tropical, succulent/ cacti, many types of air plants and other wicked aesthetics like colored cut glass, sand, sea urchins, driftwood, starfish, shells, etc.!!! We have had several workshops for terrarium building and offer these classes here at the shop as well as on site for parties and special occasions for those interested!!! For gift and goodie baskets we are proud to offer Seattle Chocolates, See's Candies, Chukar Cherries, Huckleberry products, assorted cheeses, crackers, nuts as well as fresh produce/fruit in many different styles. We also have partnered with Yakima Valley wineries and breweries and love pairing these refreshing beverages within our baskets!!!
