He has been in the fitness industry over 15 years. Akim’s professional experience includes Lead Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym, Visual Fitness Plan Manager at Xperience Fitness, and Personal Trainer and Aerobic Kickboxing Instructor at Harlow Sports Centre in London, England. While at Harlow, Akim received an award for his involvement in KOBO, a program which incorporates kickboxing into aerobics. Akim is also certified in KOBO, StairMaster and BODYPUMP. Akim understands muscle type, body type, muscle function, heart rate and fat burn zones, and knows how to maximize your workout efficiency.
