"Using food, education and innovative culinary counselling programs, award winning Chef Pam Fanjoy is cooking up change that lasts a lifetime to improve the physical & mental health of transitional aged youth and their families. Est in 2014, Chef Pam's fully prepared Gourmet to Go meals now help to fund our Junior Chef Life Skills programs for youth and help teens to find their own community in our recovery from COVID. Our newly launched Guelph Culinary + Wellness Centre brings our Junior Chef Programs & culinary classes to downtown Guelph as we prepare to transform our Hillsburgh location this fall as a new culinary studio that will serve tourists, be a special events space for locals to host parties, Corporate Events or attend classes."
