"A pastificio food truck serving the good people of the north shore. Wedged between two of North Vancouver's finest cocktail bars, we bring you our favourite flavours of Italy with fresh handmade pasta and classic sauces, served hot and ready to eat or packaged for you to cook at home.Why "In Vacanza"? Well, this little pasta bar was dreamed up while on vacation in Rome in March, 2020. It was the beginning of a pandemic and we were taking pasta courses prior to being locked down and fleeing Italy. The world was beginning to fall apart, and we were savouring fresh made pasta in a courtyard, thinking how everything tastes better on vacation. With all that 2020 has brought we wanted to bring that simply comfort to the shore."
