"Proprietors Sandra and Stephan Till came to Canada from the Altmark region of Germany and, in the Spring of 2012, opened their own delicatessen in North Delta, British Columbia.Stephan is a certified “Fleischer Meister” who learned and perfected his craft in his native Germany. He prepares homemade sausages, meat products and ready-to-eat items using traditional German, European and family recipes and techniques.Our sausages are small-batch, hand-made and gluten free using absolutely no binders and no fillers!
