"Plant-based Thai...from scratch.What's different about mugi?We're 100% plant-based, and inspired by traditional Thai cuisine. We use authentic recipes and spice blends to make all our curry paste or nam prik, broths and sauces in-house. We never use MSG, hydrolyzed proteins or glutamate flavouring for flavour enhancement. We substitute the fish sauce, shrimp paste and oyster sauce usually used in many Thai dishes with our own plant-based formulas, to create the umami factor in our dishes. Our kimchi, tempeh and pickled veg are made fresh, in-house.​We hope to have the pleasure of serving you at Mugi, and we always welcome your feedback."
