About:
"Trethewey House Heritage Site is a 1920s Craftsman-style heritage house and museum located near the former site of the Abbotsford Lumber Company mill. Built by Joseph Ogle "J.O." Trethewey, president of the lumber company during the boom years of the 1920s, the house is constructed primarily of local materials, making it a unique representation of Abbotsford's early industries. The site includes the Sylvia Pincott Heritage Habitat Garden, the relocated historic Upper Sumas BC Electric Railway station, and a heritage gallery featuring the award-winning exhibit "The River People and the Land: Living within S’ólh Téméxw"."
