"EL EL FRIJOLES is the Taqueria in a barn, out in the middle of the woods here in coastal Maine. Yes, we are different, but that is how we roll! We make our food from scratch, we grow a lot of our ingredients, and we don't limit ourselves to tacos and chalupas. In fact, we don't own a fryer, so there are no chalupas. Or churros, or Dorito-inspired crispy taco creations. Just real, honest, innovative food served in a relaxed and gracious atmosphere. We are not the place for everyone, but many of our customers tell us we are the greatest restaurant on earth, so there is that.....
