"This historic home dates to the early 1900's when Banff was just beginning as a tourist destination. The Luxton family contributed significantly to Banff's history, as well as to Alberta.Much of the home decor has remained the same for 100 years. The Luxton's daughter, Eleanor, created the Luxton Foundation in the 1990's and the foundation maintains the home and 3 other historic properties still.Join us and get a taste if Banff as it was.For summer 2022 we are open by appointment only.
