"About the TableStrom Peterson and his wife, Maria Montalvo, opened Olives Gourmet Foods in 2002, with friend and business partner, Michael Young. Since, it has evolved into a gourmet sandwich shop with fine artisanal cheeses and retail. The Table offers one of the most unique cheese selections in the Seattle area, while serving delicious sandwiches, salads, cheese and charcuterie plates, and other pub and café favorites.
