Story As a previous nurse practitioner, Kelly Nolin has always had a passion for supporting her local community. When she opened up The Scoop Ice Cream Cafe in 2017, it was her dream come true. Offering all-natural ice cream, shakes, locally roasted coffee, pastries, and more, we’re Ellington’s go-to gathering place for a wholesome, tasty treat.
