Our fruit flavors are fat-free, dairy-free sorbets made from delicious seasonal fruits whenever possible. Our cream-based flavors are made with exotic ingredients, including Turkish organic hazelnuts and Dutch cocoa, combined with the milk of local dairies. Keeping with tradition, our gelato is made with milk instead of heavy cream, resulting in much less fat and calories than traditional ice cream.
