About Comfortable fine dining for every occasion... Story THANK YOU Georgetown! It's been a pleasure to serve our community throughout the past 13 years. The Cellar will be closed May 19th until further notice when it reopens under new ownership. Brady Davies is a celebrated 5-Diamond Chef de Cuisine who, after mastering his trade in such places as Muskoka and Banff, decided to return to his hometown of Georgetown, Ontario to carry on a great tradition at the Cellar, and leave his own incredible mark in the community.
