Story
The first restaurant was opened by David and Jerry Todd in Ketchum, Idaho, during the winter of 1991/1992. They saw the need for a restaurant that offered a casual dining experience coupled with a quality menu, so this is what they set out to do.

The company is currently operating eight locations, seven in Southern Idaho and one in Sandy, Utah. The growth of the company is due, in large part, to the outstanding individuals that make up the restaurant teams.
