Opened in 2013, Ale House Cigar Bar is a thoughtfully designed cigar lounge situated in the heart of downtown Providence Rhode Island. Our guests enjoy the camaraderie, entertain guests and friends, conduct business meetings and smoke cigars in a refined and relaxed atmosphere.

Occupying the original Hanley’s Brewery  - in full operation in the early 1900’s. Ale House now features an opulent, upscale interior with 17’ ceilings, original brickwork, comfortable lounge seating, and full bar.

Our walk-in humidor is kept at the optimal 70 degrees and 70% humidity, and features dozens of premier cigar brands.  Let our staff help you shop for the perfect cigar for yourself - or a gift!

We offer an impressive collection of some of the world's finest cigars, including Drew Estate, La Flora Dominica, My Fathers Cigars, J. Grotto Cigars, La Aurora, Nat Sherman, Southern Draw, AJ Fernandez, Oliva Cigars, and many more!
