About Soban is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in authentic Korean cuisine. Everything is made IN HOUSE, including all Kimchis, sauces, and marinades. We use absolutely NO MSG in all of our cooking. Story Soban, meaning "small table" in Korean, is a traditional dining table. Seating no more than two persons, it creates a very intimate experience for those dining . Each dish served on a soban is prepared with the utmost care and respect for both the guests and the ingredients. Here at Soban, we are committed to creating every dish with the same level of care and respect. We hope to create a pleasurable dining experience for every one of our guests.
