About We Operate parking facilities, Provide parking enforcement services, Manage the Residential Parking Permit program, Manage the Impound Lot, Provide expert advice to businesses, community groups, and City Hall Story The Calgary Parking Authority fulfills the City of Calgary’s parking mandates and implement the municipality’s parking policies by managing on- and off-street public parking facilities, enforcement programs and providing parking advisory services. We operate without using any tax revenues and each year we contribute a portion of our net revenue back to the City. In 2011, this amounted to over $19.5M and was used to provide city services like recreation services, libraries and pathways.
