We offer private, one-on-one personal training and rehabilitation services conducted by Practicing Kinesiologists. Each member of our team has obtained a 4-year degree in kinesiology, are registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), and are CPR/First Aid certified.
