Le Bilboquet has a lot of partnerships with local companies, such as Point G and Les Glaceurs. Exceptionally for this year, Bilboquet is opened during the winter season due to the collaboration with Harricana par Mariouche to create a pop up shop. The collaboration will last for a period of 4 months, in other words, from mid November to March 1st. After March 1st, Bilboquet will be back with its famous Maple Taffy ice cream.
