About Increasing participation in tennis in Highlands and surrounding communities Story The Highlands Community Tennis Association is part of Tennis Canada's Building Tennis Communities national initiative. Mission Our goal is to introduce tennis to the community through structured social tennis events and lessons offered by our certified tennis professionals.
