We are a creative arts facility in the heart of lower Hamilton offering studio spaces, offices, workshops, & film locations in a repurposed 117 year old cotton mill. Story In the heart of lower Hamilton, this former industrial building from 1900 is a prime example of adaptive reuse. It has been transformed from the former Imperial Cotton Mill into a creative industries complex, with space for workshops, galleries, office space for creative professionals, and studios for artists. Filmmakers, photographers and special events are also drawn to the building by its unique aesthetic and its historic charm.
