About 2 Guys with Knives offers a weekly innovative menu that is packed with nutrition, entirely gluten free and delivered right to your door:) Story International chef Sergio Pereira & Fitness Professional Patrick Carr have combined their talents to bring this innovative experience to your table. Every monday we create and post a new dynamic menu of meal options that are balanced with lean proteins, low glycemic carbohydrates and tasty veggie combinations that are nutritionally sound and entirely gluten free. Orders can be placed up to thursday evenings via email, facebook & phone for delivery of all menu selections for the week within downtown vancouver on Sunday evenings. Pick up times can absolutely be arranged for anyone wishing to order that lives outside of downtown.
