I have ordered on several occasions, and have always had a good service, and many compliments from those whom the arrangement was sent, Ihope things won't change.

My wife sent me an arrangement from this company that she chose from a picture online. Let me say that it looked absolutely nothing like the picture in person. The strawberries were minuscule and wilted. Very disappointing. She went in person to complain and they told her that they wouldn't do anything for her whatsoever. Not a good customer experience. Would not recommend using them to anyone.

I have ordered from this location twice, and just recently placed my third order. I had the option between the Laval location, or this one, and chose here. Every bouquet has been outstanding, fresh, and all accompanied by wonderful customer service. Not one complaint thus far!
