Thank you so much, this business went above and beyond I ordered last minute And they delivered to the birthday girl, my daughter perfect timing and they were so friendly when I called to inquire when it would be ready. 5 stars for the staff of this business. The grandchildren were waiting patiently and my daughter said they were all over it. As you can see it's beautiful!!
Will never order from them again, this is how my Mother inlaw received her cupcakes on Mother's Day. I have sent 3 messages and have received no response, flowers I ordered with the cupcakes did not look like the ones I had chosen as well. Very disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from here, don't waste time when they say email them as they don't respond. You should provide your customers with what they are asking for, presentation upon delivery is not what is seen and definitely not what you ordered. My Granddaughters cupcakes look better and next time I will do my own floral arrangement, at least I will get what I wanted. Should be able to do no stars as you deserve zero stars like the service I received, NONE....
We ordered a lovely arrangement for a friend who was recovering from a procedure. What we ordered and what was delivered was markedly different. The smiley product as pictured was very cheerful. What they sent was very dismal and nothing like picture. The correct fruit pieces but looked more like it was just dumped on the platter. To make matters worse we contacted customer service through the Edible Arangement website with our dissatisfaction. The site promised a response within 48 hours but we heard nothing. No response. I would be very careful what you order and specifically do not order from the Rathburn location. Terrible terrible terrible!
Placed an order online 3 days in advance and specifically requested delivery around 10am. Waited patiently a few hours on the day, then had to call to check on my order only to be told it won't be delivered until 4 or 5 pm because apparently they don't do deliveries that early during their working hours. Not only were they unwilling to go the extra mile for a customer to deliver it when requested, they didn't even bother to inform me that they can't fulfill my request. The special occasion was soured and a simple refund was all the consolation I got.
My husband just surprised me with a small arrangement of fruit & chocolate covered strawberries. The delivery and fruit were great. The custom card he got with it and the balloon were cute additions. But the reason why I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars was because the picture on the card turned out poorly due to the lack of ink in their printer.
i ordered for someone’s birthday I called the store in morning and talked to someone they said it will be delivered before 4 because the store closes @4 tried calling the store, called more than 10 times no answer , So unprofessional we still didn’t receive the order and got no callbacks or any response
I got a Delicious Celebration Dipped Strawberries & Pineapple - Large delivered to my parents for a special event. I was so disappointed they got so much kale and no fruits it was empty! I paid $138 for nothing never again!!! I wouldn’t order again The flowers dipped in chocolate it was horrible… not a professional job! The one on the picture was very full I couldn’t wait to see it in person. When I went to my parents house I just wanted to hide! No one wants to paid $138!!! For kale : EDIT**** I gave them a second chance and Jazz was fantastic! She helped me pick the right gift and was absolutely amazing! Thank you Jazz

Edible arrangements are not completely edible! A friend sent me a basket of fruit that looked so cute. It contained strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, blueberry and watermelon. Unfortunately the kiwi, mangos and pineapple were so unripe I had to throw them all away. I don’t personally order from edible arrangements because I never liked the quality of their fruit.
Ordered something for my mother and it was perfect. The fruit was so fresh and when I realized I made a mistake on the order, the employees were quick to fix it for me. Arrived right on time! Highly recommend.
