Very disappointed!! We ordered an arrangement as a surprise for our receptionist's birthday and WAITED ALL DAY for it to come. It finally arrived at 4:15pm. When it arrived it was missing the side box of chocolate dipped fruit and balloon! We had been calling all day to try and find out about the delivery but no one answered, we were finally able to speak to someone at 3:30. At least we knew it was on its way. When I called about the missing items I was informed that they didn't have everything in stock. A courtesy call would have gone a long way!! We could have picked up our own balloons. They are sending the missing boxed fruit tomorrow for everyone, which is great and all but technically we already paid for this. Not the best service! We are a large company and the best advertisement is word of mouth, and also the worst!! At the end of the day she was happy with her surprise but it would have been much nicer if she had received this during the day! Look at what we received compared to what we ordered!!! NEXT DAY....No delivery of the missing item boxed fruit as promised. Not even going to call at this point, and no future business here.
I had an accidental delivery to an old address for my moms birthday, tried to cancel and fix it before it got out to no help, calling them directly to being told they close at 3pm on Wednesday?? called them today only to be immediately put at blame without listening and then guilt tripping me about the delivery cost and faking "sending the order to another store again" when it was never sent to a store to begin with. cant really have messages on their automated machines saying "putting smiles on faces is a top priority" when their representative tells me itll be too much money to deliver a box of chocolate dipped berries. well they already got my $$ for not actually losing anything but cant bothrr to help. not good service at all
Beautifully arranged fruit bouquets! I've loved each and every order I've placed with Edible Arrangements. They make a great gift for someone and can usually fill an order fairly quickly. Their website is very user friendly for ordering as well.
This morning I called and ordered last minute and Michael was able to provide me with quick 1 hour service and had a beautiful arrangement for my sisters birthday made up for me without a hesitation. I’m so excited to give it to her. He was truly wonderful. He was so kind and pleasant to deal with and super friendly. I can’t wait to return and get another lovely gift for someone because of him! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, I am so thankful to the great people who were kind and helpful and patient with me when I had to make changes to an order and gave the wrong delivery address. It was a sympathy fruit bouquet for a dear family. I heard arrangement was big and beautiful on its arrival and the family was so happy to recieve such a treat. I am so relieved and thankful. I knew it was a great idea from receiving one myself in the past. I Highly recommend Edible Arrangements and the Brantford store.
I got a free box of delicious chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday! They are delectable! The staff is really kind and helpful.
First time with this store, and it has been an awful experience. Bought for mothers day for my mother, was missing a balloon and the tumbler, they tried to get me to pick it up that day, even though I was an hour away. I tell them that I can pick it up the next day after work and they promise me something extra for the mess up. The next day they call me at work to tell me they are closing at 3:30, and when I told them that I work 40 minutes away and earliest I can make it is between 3:45 and 4, and they told me they "might" still be there. Sorry? This is your mistake, why do I have to rush around to have it fixed? I got there in time, receive my stuff, only to get home and realize that I still don't have everything I was promised. I go to call back after work today because they are open until 7, only to get forwarded to the Hamilton location instead. So now, my mother's gift has taken 5 hours to get, and I don't even have it all yet.
I am so impressed with how Vicky handled my issue on her day off. I don't live in Brantford but I'll be sure to be dealing with this store more often. Me and my colleague at work believe that Vicky deserves a medal for her amazing customer service today. She is a great example of how you earn a forever customer. The store is so lucky to have her. I received an arrangements and it was so beautiful that I said to myself I will never order flowers to my loved ones. I rather want them to enjoy the fresh fruits that's a great gift/ present for Birthday, Anniversary, Get well, Valentine's day, Mother's day, Thanksgiving and even Christmas. Highly recommend it to all.
Was not impressed with the Brantford location. Our order was placed days ahead of the expected delivery, only to have the arrival be 1-hour before we closed. On top of that, we did not receive our entire order and never received a call to let us know. I called plenty of times to ask about the ETA of this order and no one could give me an answer. Another call was placed to discuss this issue and all they could offer was a box of dipped fruit...... which you get for FREE on your birthday anyway. I had very high hopes for this place and would have loved to use them again as it is a great idea, however, with this experience I will not be returning.
