The smoothies, parfaits, and frozen hot chocolate are amazing. I have enjoyed them so much that I will never stop going back. They , no joke, taste like heaven.I have had an edible arrangement from the store too and it was so good, however , you have to eat edible arrangements quickly or else they could go bad.  All in all, I LOVE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AND THE STORE PRODUCTS.

SORRY THERE IS A NO STAR REVIEW.

ABOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE.

THE ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND COULDN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE AT THE STORE (NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FL) TO DISCUSS.  THEY JUST NEVER PICKED UP THEIR PHONE.  LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR.

I FINALLY REQUESTED THE ORDER BE CANCELLED.  THEY PROBABLY WON'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THAT EITHER.  THEY WILL JUST CHOOSE TO STEAL FROM ME.

WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN AND WILL SHARE MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

overpriced chocolate strawberry s almost 80 for 2 dozen. tasted horrible almost like a chalky taste. the chocolate used I think is dark. I would never buy again .
