I bought a sofa made by Edgewood and after months of problems I got finally refunded. They shipped me three different defective sofas, it took many months between each shipping! Unbelievable! Quality is not there at all. They just do a bad job and I suspect that the wood they use for the base is not quality wood and that it wont last long since the ones they shipped me cracked so much.

I would go back to the Bay. A big company like that should be able to get you replacement foam. Edgewood would probably provide the foam but the Bay should give you the service. I just looked online and it says the frame has a three year pro rated warranty. Just my 2 cents.....call the Bay back. I would.

I have bought a sofa from your company and after 14 months , the base cracked, the foam went flat, the fabric is all wrong for seating as you slide right off- This is 4000$ for a sofa! I wanted to buy a Canadian make but I get better service at Walmart.
I asked for a straight exchange- not my money back, and the owner himself, just brushed me off saying it wasn't his problem its up to the Bay's where I bought it. I went to the Bay who sent me right back to the manufacturer saying after one year ( it was 14 months after we bought it) The Bay cant do anything so, sent right back to the source....again.
Here we are, being thrown around like its no ones business.
I don't recommend EDGEWOOD TO ANYONE for he quality and service are just not there.
A very unsatisifies customer who has been trying for thepast 3 months to get some kind of settlement....but the owner just does not care about his product or his customer satisfaction.
