"We are a small batch organic coffee company that started on Sauvie Island in 2007. Since then we've moved off the island to our roastery-cafe called Edge Coffee in Beaverton. We carefully source our beans to be sustainable and environmentally friendly, paying homage to the wildlife refuge found on Sauvie Island. In 2017 our Espresso Nectar took home a silver medal at the Golden Bean North America competition, and in 2018 our Birdhouse Blend won three bronze medals! Come grab a cup and try us out!"

Yes! We are so happy to have found this place: they KNOW what they are doing! The coffee is out of this world and we love how GOOD their milk tastes paired with their in-house roasted coffee—AND I even believe that it is organic too! My only request is that the in-house cups get filled completely—gotta enjoy this coffee as much as I am allowed—and that the latte art is consistent even though that it isn’t as important as a full cup.
Very friendly staff. Good coffee and I really appreciate that they give you credit if you bring your own cup. The way to go to reduce waste. I'll be coming again. And BTW the wifi password has no caps
Cute place with lots of indoor and outdoor seats. Plenty of parking. Service was friendly and environment was cozy and relaxing. I ordered Busy Bee Blueberry & Lavendar Matcha, it was creamy, yummy and perfect sweetness. I also had a piece of raspberry scone, which is also pretty decent. Service was friendly and coffee was ready pretty quickly, which I like. Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian and vegan friendly options Parking: Lots of parking in the lot
Great little coffee shop in Beaverton with plenty of Indoor and outdoor seating. The have lots of milk alternatives and Sugar free flavors. Staff was very friendly. I came here on a whim just looking for a coffee shop while I needed to do some waiting, and I was pleasantly surprised. They did a good job.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
This has been our favourite coffee shop for several years. Lovely sitting outside in summer, they have resident hummingbirds who make it especially cool. The staff are great, my 3 year old loves coming in for stickers and hot chocolate. Good food selection and dietary requirements are covered. Coffee is high quality. Kid-friendliness: My toddler enjoys coming in. There are no highchairs, but the staff are very welcoming to the littles. Kids drinks available. Dietary restrictions: They have vegan, GF, DF and some keto options too.
Delicious coffee and gluten free options. Come here if you want to sit a while and enjoy a cup or the smell of the fresh roasted coffee they make in house.
My favorite spot - friendliest staff, amazing drinks, great snacks, and nice space. I love the cold brews, but today I’m here for Mocha Monday.
Nice little locally owned coffee shop. Definitely recommend putting it on your list if you want a change from the typical chain coffee shop. Staff has been friendly and helpful and nice every time I've been in.Food: 5/5
First time coming to Sauvie Island Coffee Company. We were greeted by an amazing barista, Lu. We let her know it was our first time and she gave us the run down of the menu and even gave us recommendations. The coffee was 10/10 and we tried the vegan sandwich & the tree hugger which was delicious. With the exemplary service we got from Lu and Gaby I will for sure come back and highly recommend others to come!
The coffee is definitely the best I tried so far in Beaverton and the atmosphere is very good inside. The prices for the coffee are very fair and the place makes you wish to come again and again. I wish they could have more extended operating hours. Usually, I take black iced coffee or Nitro Cold Brew probably the best nitro I've ever tried and latte. Parking: Not so lucky on this part. Many times I went there, the homeless people were around or psychos who impatiently signal you when you try to make a turn. This is not a fault of the restaurant, maybe some drivers are just too crazy here. Be careful driving around at the spot!
