they do not value private property after I handed my monster earbuds back to them as they will not let sain people keep them in there room overnight this was on a Friday and on Tuesday I got them back covered in ear mold and between then one nurse denied I handed them back and another nurse denied I even had them short story the nurses are enjoying your private property the nurse assigned to me the day I handed them back was steve
Staff is not understanding at all what's so ever. I had payments bounce lost my job because I couldn't call work. Not one healthy meal offered everything fried and unhealthy. Only ran into one nice nurse during my stay. The rest are '' just doing their job '' mental health needs to be different all they did was lock me up for days and then medicate me something I could've for from my Dr. No counselling nothing. Your pretty much ignored unless it's pill or med time. Learn some compassion. Worst experience of my life. This place sucks and so does the nursing staff.
Dr Klassen has been the first doctor to treat me as a human being in a very long time. He has provided the top most care I have ever received, regarding my mental health issues.
Had a great experience, the nurses are above and beyond amazing. There are many activities to get well at Eden, with the support of doctors & nurses you'll feel much better in there care. I feel the low reviews are due to people not opening up to the experience while staying there, I came in with a positive attitude and respect for staff. Which in my opinion got me farther than if I was negative, trust me the time passes much faster without that attitude. And if you think this was because I volunteered to go I did not, I was escorted by RCMP whether I liked it or not.
Got set up and had undue physical force placed upon me. The nurses from Eden sure are well known to the staff at the x-ray department at Boundary Trails Hospital. I DON'T wonder why this is.
I found the staff here to be very compassionate and caring. The food provided was home made. I felt very well cared for.
The staff is absolutely amazing there. Kind and friendly
a fair amount of the nurses should never be in this facility
Go elsewhere. Nobody answers any questions here.
Out-patient = Good In-patient = Nightmare
