Finally made it to this plant based bakery in Creekside. Have been following Ed since his days at Alta Bistro. Absolutely love their sourdough bread. Also had a pecan cinnamon bun with homemade coconut whip and a chocolate chip cookie. Highly reccommend it. Also love the design/interior. Will come again anytime I am in Whistler for mountain biking or snowboarding.
We have used Ed's for supper roles for the holidays. They have a small retail sho p and they custom make things for anyone. Their roles are great tasting and unique or plain if you like that. They are still working on their retail front so they don't have a lot of services but if you can work with them they will produce a good product for you.
