Phoned Ed's Auto for a rear diff for my 2002 Ford F-150 on October 2 and was told the did not have one but could bring one in. The guy told me it would be in around Wednesday and needed half the money down to order it which I gave him. I called October 5 and the guy I was talking to had no idea what I was talking about or even the quote given. Calling my credit card company just to be safe. Advice is take names and be really careful about giving a deposit.

We have had a great experience dealing with Ed's Auto for years.  Ed runs a fantastic business and it is very reflective in all the staff.  
Our go to guy is Theo, he goes above and beyond, we have dealt with many auto wreckers as my husband is a heavy duty mechanic.  I'm proud they have this business in our community. 10/10.

I use Ed's Auto weekly for my used parts needs. They are honest and very reliable and ALWAYS stand behind what they sell. The guys on the parts counter have been very good to deal with- even with someone who isnt to sure what they are looking for. I live in northern Alberta, we DO have used parts sales here, BUT i choose to use Ed's- and always will.

Grew up in Westlock and have used Ed's Auto Salvage for Years.
They have great rates and good service would highly recommend them.
Saved over a thousand dollars years ago when they replaced my engine in my dads old pick up. They also have a mechanic shop.

Knowledgeable staff, good service, fair prices. A little out of the way, but worth the drive. I will be back there again when the need comes up for a good used part.
