We recently moved to a fabulous home thanks to Ed Aiken. When we started looking for a house, we had a vague idea what we wanted. Ed helped us zone in on what was most important to us and kept a close eye on properties that would work for us. Once he found one that we loved, we had to move quickly to make it happen. Ed worked hard to help us get our place ready for sale and was available for all the issues that arose. This certainly reduced our stress. When a deal was in the works he gave us wise advice a made the process smooth and efficient. Ed’s partner Allen was accessible and helpful when Ed was away. While we are happy to say we have found our dream home and won’t be moving any time soon, if the time ever comes when we need to buy or sell a home, there isn't any question of who our Realtor will be! We now consider Ed a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Ed Aiken and Allen Stevenson at The Coast Team for being such a pleasure to work with.
Ed and Allen were absolutely great to work with! They helped us through the most important transaction of our lives and made moving to the coast and into our dream home a total breeze. During the process they were always close at hand to answer our many questions and we found them to be prompt, knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to formally say thank you to both Ed and Allen for their guidance and expertise. We haven't looked back and are loving every minute of our new life!!
The Coast Team just helped us buy our house! We are picky and took our time to find the right house but they were always happy to show us houses and were patient with us. They are professional but also real people who genuinely care about their clients. We feel like they are family. We highly recommend The Coast Team if you are looking to buy or sell.
We had the best of service with this team. They responded immediately, listened to our comments, and kept us closely involved. We had results quickly. The negotiations and signing of forms was simple, though we do not live near the agents or the buyers. Ed and Allen took care to explain every detail and make it easy for us.
I dealt with Ed and Allen for the purchasing of my home. Coming from another province it was a big deal for me so I can't say enough for all the help and consideration these two afforded me. Not only did they show me the area, they showed me various types of real estate to consider. They answered many, many questions with knowledge and patience and advised of phone numbers for various contacts to help me get settled. I highly recommend them.
Allen Stevenson and the rest of the Coast Team are without a doubt the best realtors we have ever dealt with. Energetic, responsive and creative, they get the job done and make the process enjoyable. Highly recommend them!
Ed has been a diligent, responsive, kind, and knowledgable agent. I'd recomend him in a heart beat! He helped me purchase my first home.
