My experience, we had a nice teacher at the start of the year but on the next year the teacher wasn't so nice. Some of the teachers there are strict and force some students to do stuff that they aren't capable or interested in doing. I wish this problem could be fixed, cause it sometimes makes the students feel like they should do more to get better; If thats the case, if you want a student to get more better, you should let them have more freedom into what their good at, and maybe encourage them more.
It seems to me that in this school, the teachers should treat the students better, because if you yell at them everything will only get worse
