I received amazing customer service! It was very efficient and much cheaper than other stores I had visited beforehand. Plus, the quality of the tiles were great. I would definitely recommend.

More than 5 employees were there when we went inside on a friday afternoon. None of them looked at us, not even a hello. We were in the store for more than 30 minutes but nobody even bothered to ask us if we needed help or anything. Very poor customer service. Initially planned to buy tiles for our bathroom renovation but with this degree of service offered, basically none, we will never come back here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
The staff is always ready to help if you have any questions, the product at the store is really nice and stylish.
There is a good selection of tiles of various materials for different rooms bathroom, kitchen and flooring at this store; the prices are however high, and there's no free return 15% restocking fee was needed if you end up with a lot of extra tiles; so calculate well but with a good margin. The first time, I met a head rep. who was not happy to show me around and help or she might have thought I was just hanging around and would waste her time?! Later met the store manager and everything went well. He helped with choosing the best options and promised to provide Castlestone Muretto tiles set that they were running out except the flooring that we replaced with the same no-pattern wall tiles of the same set. Overall, happy with my purchase and materials quality, except indeed 15-20% of no-patten tiles Castlestone White were either scratched, or discolored; but not easy to forget that first impression!
I've been a client for 4 years and just went back a few days ago to renovate my kitchen. The service is inviting, dedicated and incredibly helpful. The quality is great and the prices are better than reasonable. Thank you to the entire staff of Éco Dépot Rive Sud! Emilia
