Owner is arrogant and lets his Ego get in the way of respecting our familys needs and requirements. He is very condescending and thinks very highly of himself. Not the kind of attitude you need when dealing with the loss of a loved one. Please look elsewhere and save yourself the additional grief.
The loss of a loved one is never a pleasant or enjoyable process, however Nathan & the team at Eco Cremations really did help put my mind at ease while putting my step father to rest. I appreciated all the support & knowledge I was provided with as this was my first time handling anyone’s arrangements.
