ECM will take care of you, no doubt. They have an awesome selection of espresso machines and can be trusted to repair yours well. We got a coffee grinder and an espresso machine from them and can’t be happier. Remo is the sweetest guy, and we’ve loved the experience.
These guys are awesome! I Looked everywhere online but alas could not find an available replacement seal for our Breville 870XL. These guys had the part in stock and replaced it in about 5 minutes. The total cost parts and labour was less than a third the retail price of the sold out seal online.
In these uncertain times, I know that I need my coffee and will certainly come here again! The technician, Fabio, was honest and thoughtful throughout the process of fixing my machine. I felt like these people were trying to help, not trying to make a sale. Great work done by great people.
