Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. so I took the morning off work, hoping I could make it in for our office Christmas party that was starting at 2:00 p.m. By 11:00 I called for a follow-up. "We're running about 1-1.5 hours behind but we'll be there", they said. Called again at 3:30 p.m. "We'll make it out to you today, don't worry", they said. Called for a third follow-up around 6:00 p.m. No answer but left a voicemail. It's now the next day and although I followed up AGAIN at 11:00 a.m. and was promised they would check on an ETA with the technician, no call back. I've never encountered such lack of care or understanding from a "service" company. Truly disgusting. Would NEVER recommend ANYONE deal with these guys.

No show no call on appointment date for repairs after leak. Disappointed. We've received a call following this review. They say my appointment date was the day after at a different time than we even discussed. As far as I'm concerned, it was made pretty clear it would be 9am the day I'm writing this, I even texted the details moments after and made myself an event alarm for it. While I understand mistakes can happen (miscommunication is a two-way street, I was offered two dates and said Thursday was preferred, I got no hint this could've been misunderstood), no responsibility is being taken because they had Friday setup on their agenda software. Consequently, this review will not be altered. Know that it doesn't speak to the quality of the service offered by the company, but only its scheduling.

Aucune réponse lorsque j’ai appelé pendant les heures d’ouverture. Sur leur répondeur, on demande de laisser nos coordonnées et d’expliquer le problème. Ils ne m’ont jamais rappelé. Peut-être font-ils comme dans les cliniques médicales et n’acceptent plus de nouveaux clients? Je laisserais une cote de 0 si je le pouvais.

Service tres peux professionel. A deux reprise, j'ai bouquer deux rendez-vous. Personne ne s'est presenter et personne ne ma meme contacter pour me donner une explication. La secretaire m'a expliquer quelle etait seule au bureau et qu'elle n'avait aucune explication... Une compagnie tres peu recommandable.
