I ordered flowers from Eckhardt's for my niece's birthday and accidentally screwed up the delivery address. When I called the shop the employee I spoke to (I think his name was David) went out of his to not only make sure the address was correct, he also called me back to help me fix what I wanted written on the card. The flowers and bear that I purchased were gorgeous and reasonably priced and I can't recommend this business enough. Awesome customer service, friendly staff and a great selection.

Although the flowers were beautiful, the order arrived incomplete. A $10 box of chocolates was added, and never came.

Shortly after calling the flower shop, they delivered the chocolates with some extra roses for the inconvenience. Good customer service
