I’m watching a driver absolutely humiliating an elderly disabled woman right now because her schedule was to get picked up at a certain time and he showed up early demanding that she leave and she didn’t want to go early don’t recommend the abuse
I had knee surgery . I used this services . Basically the they don’t have proper cars. They will give you a ride but cars are too small and uncomfortable for people coming out of surgery. It was uncomfortable getting into the car. The cab driver push my leg into the car. I couldn’t bend my leg because of knee surgery. I wouldn’t recommend this service . It’s basically like taking a cab.
Tried service. Rude Arrogant Unprofessional service,. Driver was a kind old man, Chica that you call for service is Arrogant, rude and unprofessional. She is ALL about the $$$ and could give a rats as* about customer care. Save your money and book another company!
I have used this service many times over the years and I always find them knowledgeable, courteous and caring,
I have always been thrilled to have this service for my husband. Thank you so much.
