My experience at Echoes Restaurant in Powassan was amazing. Judy was incredibly attentive, friendly, and one of the hardest-working people I've seen in a restaurant setting.nnThe food was fresh and delicious—I especially appreciated the sausage being cut in half, giving it that extra grill taste and satisfying crunch.nnThe space itself was bright, clean, and welcoming, and the coffee hit the spot.nnThank you, Judy, for the great service! Popped in to this little diner while I had a small gap between appointments. The server was a very hard working lady. The place was packed by the time I left with only her up front. The food was actually pretty good, prices were very fair.
