Just took ebus Calgary to Edmonton was comfortable ride as always even though it was a packed bus. See you next time.
Does not deserve even one star. Terrible customer service by employees and the manager Shauna. Would never travel with them ever again. The bus service is a money scam. I guess they don’t need business so they treat customer’s awfully.
I had my ticket purchased online I was less than minute late and the driver just drive away as he seen me right beside the bus. I think ebus is money grab scam. I was right there and he drove off anyway. All I needed to do was get on the bus so I could make it home. Now I'm stranded with no way home.
I used Ride But since lockdown today was my first day taking It .Everything was excellent .Our Driver More Than Professional Its Amazing Driver Above Beyond .
Terrible customer service, called the main number to check where the bus is and they cannot even provide me with an address
