Its okay, long ride but it's an okay bus so it's not bad . Very polite staff and drivers. I'm giving you 4 and not 5 stars becuase I overheard the staff say they only answer phones at the fourth ring to see if your question is important enough to stick around. I would call somewhere else and ask.
Booked a ticket with Ebus and turns out did not need it for that day, when I called in they would not give me a credit nor would they refund the money. I really just wanted the credit for another day as I explained to the lady. Wont be using them again.
Had a trip from Calgary to Edmonton, everything was fine except NO WIFI as advertised and NO POWER outlets as advertised. When I asked the driver he simply said he cant do anything about it.
As first time rider I had a great experience from Vancouver to Merritt and return - seats very comfortable, very clean, Wifi, bus left on time - arrived EARLY both ways! Far better service than with Greyhound! Good safety with seatbelts. Cheaper return fare as well. Drivers very helpful with luggage and friendly.
E bus is great! Clean bus, nice temperature, friendly driver. We even arrived ten minutes early
