A horrible experience. Last year we were quoted $200 to file our taxes and they ended up charging us just under $900. If the team is not competent enough to provide quotes, then don't do it. It would have been nice to have received a phone call to inform us of the rate increase. When we informed the manager of the price difference, he just said "well, I have to charge for my time" and refused to do anything about it. They didn't go over the numbers with us or anything. I have never felt more like a transaction in my life.

The best Accountant that I have ever used. They take the time understand your short and long term goals, and help you put together an action plan to achieve. I can't say enough good things about EBT.
