Their feed ration does not include antibiotics or animal by-products. Their diet consists of grasses, legumes and grain.
Our meats are government inspected.

I took the Grandson for a run to Tatamagouche on a rotten weather day. We had lunch and then shopped the market. I was impressed by how the staff there interacted with each other as well as how they took care of us as customers. I had the pulled pork bun with fries, and Grandson had Greco Express garlic bread. Everything was hot and yummy. On the market side, we grabbed some smoked bacon, which tasted as good as it smelled! A real treat! and we got a pach of lean ground beef from the freezer. We cooked that up for tacos and made hamburgers, everything was delicious. The meat cooked off with a minimal amount of fat and was even tender to the tooth. Prices were slightly above big box store prices but definitely reflects the quality of the product. I will eat and buy meat here again!
Great little spot to stop along the way! Very fair prices - we got a pulled pork sandwich and a ham and cheese sandwich with a side of fries for $25. Yummy food and kind service
I visit often as this market carries gluten free and organic products I can't find anywhere else locally. Also find their pork products excellent.
Lovely spot we found while driving through. Excellent selection of numerous local and Canadian products that you can’t find anywhere else beeswax hand cream, stationary from Toronto, more. Also, the owner made a stunning mocktail with cherry juice and other flavours and it was delicious!
Just had a ebbetts turkey farmers pie and was hugely disappointed. Mostly potato and VERY VERY little turkey. Won’t buy it again.
