I was an employee at this facility for 10 years,in fact I was the very first one to ever work there when it opened. I enjoyed my time as a HCA as I knew all the families of the residents then I went into Housekeeping another story all together all in all a good place to working would like to possibly work there agsin
My parents were very well looked after at Chartwell for almost 3 years. The staff were amazing and fully dedicated, particularly during the lockdown due to the pandemic. Many thanks to all there for their considerable efforts.
The staff at Chartwell Eau Claire were amazing during my Father's 2 year residency there. They communicated any issues and we always excellent to work with. My Father enjoyed chatting to the staff and especially Joan and made a point to visit her at the front desk. I would certainly recommend the Eau Claire residence.
If you are looking for exceptional staff caring for your parent with dementia, look no more! Chartwell Eau Claire is the way to go. They have daily activities lead by a full recreation team, and the location is very convenient for any adult children working downtown. Worth checking out before making a final decision!
