I tried the Malaysian Chicken Curry and Thai Mango Salad with Rice. Taste is delicious.Food: 5/5

Noodles oily, bang bang chicken was hard, breaded shrimp was bland and also oily not crispy. Communication with the servers was difficult. I had a back and forth trying to have them get my order correct. Two of the servers were extremely rude. Training in listening and interpersonal skills is key to giving proper customer service. Will not do business again with this mall eatery when there are other eateries in the food court to choose from.

Food is OK. Never very hot, even when they first open. The owner never replaces condiments like siracha when they run out. Gave me 1 measly packet of some vile hot sauce that had no flavour. Cheap owners, for sure!

There was discounted meals for 8.99 when I came here around 7pm. Whatever is left over got discounted to 6.99 at 8pm. I got the noodles with chicken and broccoli which tasted great. My stomach didn’t feel the greatest after though. Would only recommend end of day if you can stomach it. Otherwise the other items during the day are much better.

I ordered rice noodles, tiger shrimp, and spicy beef. Spicy beef had numbing spice! Fortunately it was not too strong. The meat was tender and well seasoned. The service was efficient. One of the reviewer was right that everything tastes close to Chinese than Thai food. While it won’t beat McDonald’s on the price, I enjoyed the overall experience. I would not mind visiting again.

The rice had no taste, the green beans nice and crispy but again bland, the chicken had a not cleaned before cooking taste and the plum sauce cane in a package with no label, was not even sweet and had a weird colour. Be careful what is being served there

If you toward the end of the day, they pre package food and sell it at a lower price. We ordered two boxes or mixed food and it was surprisingly delicious, especially the octopus!

2 employees didn't wear a mask, and one of them sneezed while serving. Please ensure all of your employees are wearing a mask all the time.

Ever since I was little I loved this place, it holds a special place in my heart. It's especially beautiful around Christmas time with all the lights, and decorations. It makes up for the Christmas rush. The layout is a bit confusing at first, but they do have maps to help you get around! I wish there were a couple more bathrooms, but other then that Ruby Thai is very clean, and definitely a place to go to in your spare time.
